Guest Relations Manager
GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a hugely successful hospitality company with several luxury sites across the United Kingdom. We are recruiting on their behalf for a Guest Relations Manager to join their team on a part-time, permanent contract for their site in Hesdin, Wiltshire.
For the role we are looking for a hospitality experienced professional who is both proactive and reactive with the levels of customer service expected within the most exclusive hospitality settings. The role does involve both booking control, direct guest communication (liaising and assisting), and levels of site management, reporting directly to the owners.
Ideally, you will come from a hotel/hospitality, background, but we will look at people from with customer facing/front of house roles also.
The hours and days of work will include Saturdays (due to guest changeovers) and you will be required to be on-call to attend any emergency on-site issues that may arise. Please only apply if you can commit to this.
The Role
* Manage bookings direct or via holiday brokers
* Greeting and welcoming guests
* Assist guests with check-in and during stay queries (on-call)
* Maintain high levels of customer service
* Liaising with sub-contractors
* Troubleshooting issues
* Collating and reacting to feedback post stay
* Cleaning property along with housekeeping staff (if required)
Pay
* GBP12-13 per hour
The Ideal Candidate
* Customer facing experience (Essential)
* Hospitality experience (desirable)
* Strong communication skills (essential)
* Ability to maintain high levels of customer service (essential)
* Happy to vary tasks on an adhoc basis as per the property requirements (essential)
