£18562 pro rata for Part-time

Hours:             Various days of work and shifts available
Base:                Various locations across East Riding of Yorkshire Council Depots

We are recruiting refuse collectors to join our award-winning team helping to make a real difference in our community whilst being part of a great team working culture.

Voted the number one council for recycling in the country for the past three years, we provide a high standard of refuse collection to over 153,000 households.  This enables us to provide flexible opportunities for our refuse collectors.

You must be able to carry out demanding tasks such as walking for long periods of time and lifting/handling wheeled bins.  The ability to work outdoors in all weathers and start early in the morning is also required.

We have various hours available at locations across East Riding of Yorkshire.

• The posts are casual and fixed term vacancies for up to 12 weeks
• Shifts at some locations may require you to be able to transport yourself to the relevant East Riding depot.  If you have access to your own transport please ensure that you include details in your CV
