Automotive Technician

Requirements:

Senior Qualified Motor Technician with proven track record

*

Competent with the latest diagnostic equipment to detect, diagnose and establish work required

*

Full Clean Driving License

*

Ability to work well with others and on own initiative

*

Experience of working in a Main Dealer/Franchised Dealership an advantage

The successful candidate will:

*

Perform all mechanical work with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and manufacturers standards.

*

Be responsible for diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and the performance of repairs

*

Oversee the examination of vehicles and performing vehicle health checks to manufacturers and garage guidelines and standards

*

Keep up to date with manufacturers technical bulletins

*

Good communication skills and the ability to identify and explain additional work required to service advisors or customers as required
