3rd Line Support Engineer - Cloud Engineer
Work from home with flexibility to attend client sites (Reading / London) as required

The Role
The 3rd Line Support/Cloud Engineer team helps customers to transform and build what's next for their business. Their teams are dedicated to helping their customers realise the value of the technology and help them in their journey.
Responsibilities
As a 3rd Line Support / Cloud Engineer, you will be a part of a global team that will own their largest and most important customer issues. You will be working with the 2nd line Support team as well as directly with the customer to make sure they have the required tools, documentation and training to help customers resolve the issue. You will also be responsible for overseeing the processes and maintaining the new systems as well as assisting the customers in selecting the best solutions. You will troubleshoot technical problems for customers with a mix of debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and when needed, coding/scripting. You will make their products easier to adopt and use by making improvements to the product, tools, processes, and documentation.
Skills & Experience
??? Experience with AWS or Azure.
??? Linux system administration and operations.
??? Understanding of Docker
??? CI/CD Tools experience.
??? Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
??? SQL Experience
??? Good communication and collaboration skills.
??? Client management skills.
