Teacher in Art and Design 0.5 (Maternity cover – Starting Jan 22)

Joining them as a Teacher in Art and Design, you will provide high quality teaching and learning and pastoral support for students across the College.

Planning and delivering teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles, you must develop learning resources/materials to meet individual learner needs and assess student progress in College or on work experience; devising assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets.

They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated individual, with a relevant Degree or equivalent in Graphics coupled with a Cert Ed / PGCE / Bachelor of Education and recent / relevant industrial / examining experience. You must have an up to date knowledge of the sector and major curriculum development.

You must have the ability to devise and deliver learning opportunities to meet group and individual needs and be able to demonstrate experience of teaching using a range of teaching and learning methods that engenders an enthusiasm for learning.
