Private Client - Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive - GBPto60k JOB REF 5217/25AH
An innovative, ambitious and fast-paced law firm are now seeking a 3 year + PQE Private Client Solicitor, to join their team advising on all aspects of private client law including simple form and complex wills, probate, estate administration, tax, trusts, IHT, life planning and Court of Protection cases.
Skills and knowledge required:
* Experienced in dealing with the full remit of private client matters from start to finish
* Experience in dealing with Wills, Trusts, Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
* Experienced in dealing with old and vulnerable clients, particularly in connection with their financial affairs
* Experience of drafting and approving various legal documentation
* The ability to apply technical knowledge in a commercially astute way
* The ability to work on your own initiative
* Good client care skills
