Hybrid Talent/Recruitment Partner role

Your new role
* Develop relationships with the Hiring Managers and senior business stakeholders as required, and be a source of expert knowledge to ensure understanding of people priorities with a focus on external recruitment and internal people mobility.
* Work in partnership with HR and hiring managers to ensure that the job descriptions are high quality and reflective of the role requirements and attract a diverse workforce
* Lead End to end 360 recruitment for roles and organise and lead compelling and creative recruitment campaigns and social media content to attract the best external talent
* Coach and guide hiring managers on different interview techniques and enabling the groups diversity and inclusion agenda.
* Manage relationships with key external suppliers as required, to support building talent pools and market mapping
* Work with key internal colleagues to deliver a first class candidate experience from attraction through to Onboarding and induction.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong background in fast-paced recruitment, ideally from an in-house or RPO background
* Team management experience
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial acumen
