An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistics & Planning Manager to work within renewable energy and biogas entities reporting to the Transport Manager.

What you will be doing.
You will take responsibility for the logistics, planning and machinery operations of logistics;
The role will cover aspects such as managing and delivering budgets, cost analysis and safe-working implementation.
You will be capable of working with a high degree of autonomy and responsible for weekly reporting of financial performance for the functions within the biogas division.
You will demonstrate outstanding communication, scheduling, supplier and customer engagement along with leadership skills and foster a collaborative working approach, with internal and external stakeholders.
Leading by example, you will manage delivery in line with company health and safety requirements and ensure time critical operations are carried out on a 7 day-week basis, as determined by the seasonal/commercial demands.
You will keep up to date with legislation and regulations that affect the company and through careful management and resource coordination, you will seek to solve problems and maximise financial returns.
What we are looking for.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Logistics & Planning Manager;
You will be an excellent scheduler, communicator & ability to transfer expertise;
Experience of managing teams;
Experience of budgeting & forecasting;
Ability to work autonomously and with authority;
Excellent organisation & computer skills;
Attention to detail & the ability to manage safety compliance
A full Irish driving licence
