Quality and Governance Manager

£40,018 - £45,674 (Dependant on Experience)

Part-time/Full time considered, Permanent

Location: Southport, Merseyside

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Senior Nurse team at Queenscourt Hospice. The successful candidate will join a proactive, specialist led team of experienced senior nurses, working across our integrated, flexible, and dynamic service. You will be operational lead, demonstrating, developing, and evidencing high quality Palliative and End of Life Care across Queenscourt Hospice clinical services.

You will demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. You will be required to manage a small team of staff who will support you in the Quality and Governance role. Management of CQC requirements for registration and an in-depth understanding of clinical standards will be a key part of this role.

You will ideally be educated to MSc level (or working towards).
