Location: Wellingborough (NN8 2QH)

Hybrid Working, predominantly working from home with site visits and an option to book a desk in the office.

Salary: £31,958 + £1657 car allowance per annum

Contract: Full Time 

Hours: 37 hours
 

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Sales and Lettings Officer to join our team. Does that sound like you? If so, keep reading about this exciting opportunity.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Greatwell Homes and be a key part of delivering true social value in a key area such as housing. 

 

This role will allow the successful applicant the opportunity to build on a broad range of experiences obtained within the property sales and lettings disciplines. Supervising and supporting your team you'll oversee the lettings, allocations and marketing functions.

 

The key responsibilities of this role are sale of and lettings of affordable homes.  You'll work closely with the voids team to minimise void relet times and coordinate the void management process. In line with relevant legislation and policies and procedures you'll process and coordinate RTB/A and shared ownership applications.

 

The post-holder will motivate members within the team whilst partnering with the rest of the business to deliver a high-quality service. 

 

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a lettings or sales role within a similar organisation with strong customer service skills. You'll hold a professional qualification or have equivalent experience in construction and/or property sector. Candidates need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to deliver on sales and lettings targets. 

 

A full UK driving licence or equivalent and access to a car is essential as is a flexible working approach to meet the needs of the business, working occasional weekends and evenings as required.
