We are looking for an Awarding and Certification & Warehouse Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
As an Awarding and Certification & Warehouse Co-ordinator, you will be tasked with processing orders, producing certificates and skills cards, and supporting the dispatch of materials for training courses.
With a high level of attention to detail, the role requires you to enter learners’ data onto a bespoke system and award and certificate learners who have achieved training and assessment. Providing in-house printing for materials within our warehouse function, you will produce and despatch materials for our training courses.
Additionally, your role will involve:
- Ensuring customer’s orders are despatched accurately and in a timely fashion
- Ensuring dispatched orders are recorded to support the finance function
- Reviewing and replenishing stock as necessary
To be considered as an Awarding and Certification & Warehouse Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role
- Experience of working in a warehouse or post room environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Experience liaising with customers on the telephone and in writing
- Knowledge of stock re-ordering and postage and courier processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A minimum of GCSE English and Maths
- A driving licence and own vehicle due to our location
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Interviews are scheduled to take place during the first two weeks of November 2021.
