Bank (Pool) Support Workers

About the role
Are you an empathetic and patient individual with an interest in providing a positive experience to customers/clients?

Hestia’s Harwood Road Center which provides accommodation in Fulham for residents with enduring mental health needs is seeking Bank/Pool Support Workers. The successful candidates will play a valuable role in providing high quality, person centred support to our service users such as reviewing their user-led support plans and assessments amongst other duties.

The project provides 24 hour care and support service to 15 residents, 13 of them living in self-contained flats and other 2 in their own rooms and sharing kitchen and toileting facilities within one Registered Home.

Key requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is not essential. We are mainly seeking:

• An interest in providing a positive experience and service to people who have complex issues and health problems
• Empathetic individuals, with an interest in or passion for empowering service users to make choices & take control of their mental health
• Willingness to learn new skills within a health and social care setting
