Support / Care Worker
We are currently looking for Experienced Support / Care Workers (Levels 2 & 3) to join our team!
You must be flexible over a 7 day period, the role will include short and long days, sleep-ins and some weekend shifts.
Hourly Rates:
* GBP8.91 - GBP9.98 - Level 2
* GBP8.91 - GBP10.53 - Level 3
Support Worker / Care Worker Requirements:
* At least 6 months experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and challenging behaviour (personal experience will be taken into consideration)
* Must have a DBS, either on the update service or be prepared to obtain one
* Ability to provide evidence of your experience through satisfactory references.
* Patience and good communication skills (Essential)
* Good knowledge of safeguarding adults with additional support needs
* Able to produce a high standard of record keeping
* NVQ in Health and Social Care (Advantageous)
