SEMH Teaching Assistant: Permanent post, ASAP start

I'm working with a brand new specialist provision that looks after children aged 13-19, the school is classed as SEMH but they do look after a range of other SEND at the school. Experience working with SEMH children is important, ideally in a special school, as they will be looking for someone to come and hit the ground running. They're a brand new school so it is a very exciting time to be joining the school, opportunities will be endless over the next year in terms of progression.
It's important to have experience working with challenging behaviour as this will be a daily occurrence. You will be supporting in a number of different classes so being competent with your core subjects is preferable. They're an incredibly well run operation and I know they're a school that will just go from strength to strength.
