Job Title General Operative
Location: Leicestershire
Starting Salary: GBP9.50 per hour, Up to GBP30 shift allowance depending on shift
The Role
Due to our recent and rapid growth we currently recruiting for the General Operative to assist all departments such us: machining, polishing, packing, and general housekeeping. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stability as this is a permanent role. There is a room for progression within a company as the company provide training.
Hours of work: Various shifts available
The Candidate
Duties for the successful candidate will include the following:
Operating within a factory environment to a high standard and within all rules and regulations
Work efficiently to tight deadlines
Operate machines when necessary
Be able to adapt to working in both a team or individual environment
Moving materials to and from work stations
Filling in, in all departments covering sickness holidays etc.
Client Overview
We are working with a client that provides products for many different markets across the globe. Each has its own set of requirements in terms of product design and performance as well as service and delivery. You'll be working with a highly skilled and experienced team
