ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an electrical or mechanical engineer, preferably in a production related environment.

Experience of working with 3-phase motors and control systems,
PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems is desirable.

Although supervising, you will also work as part of the maintenance team in preventative maintenance, fault finding and breakdowns as required.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the efficient and effective organisation of a small team of engineers.
• Reporting to the Senior Engineer Supervisors and Site Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for planning and distributing tasks to ensure planned maintenance is achieved for the mills to run effectively.
• You will monitor and implement health and safety procedures, ensuring we continue to promote a safety conscious environment.
