We are now recruiting on behalf of our client, who is based in the Ilkeston area
Due to continued growth our client is expanding their operation and they have a vacancy for an Operations Co-ordinator in their new packing facility.
What we are looking for -
* Must have proven experience within a customer services environment preferably with a feel for day to day operational issues and constraints
* Have an excellent telephone manner and customer service etiquette
* Highly adaptable & able to work under pressure, with the ability to continue to perform effectively in an environment where delivery volumes can increase considerably overnight.
* Excellent communication skills and able to deal with difficult situations
* To be able to understand processes and use good judgement when deciding whether an order should be escalated for priority delivery
* Strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of MS Office & Outlook e-mail packages
* Have an extremely well organised and structured approach to a busy workload and be administratively sound
* Willing to work flexible hours when required, particularly through the winter months
* Reliable, punctual and a team player, willing to learn new skills and develop as part of a new business function
* Must have a "can-do" attitude, be helpful and positive in all aspects of the role
What's in it for you -
* Salary GBP21,(Apply online only) per annum
* Permanent role
* Working a 9 hour day - there is some flexibility with start and finish times to suit. Monday to Friday
