About You
We are looking for Support workers to join our team and help us make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people, providing support to live independently in their own homes around your local area and community. Support Workers help take part in a wide range of activities, working in partnership with the people we support, their families and other community and social care professionals.
You don't need to have previous experience or qualifications in care, what's important is you are passionate and motivated and you want to help in your community.
If you want Job Satisfaction and a job where every day is different, our support worker role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We can offer you fully-funded training and career development opportunities for all regardless of experience in social care (training programmes up to and including Level 5).
