Customer Services Coordinator- Geotechnical
An exciting position has become available for a part-time Customer Services Coordinator based in Burton on Trent. The successful candidate will work 24 hours per week and earn a competitive salary.
Role Requirements
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience of working in a customer service/call centre/help desk setting.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Works cooperatively and effectively with others to achieve common goals.
- A willingness to learn and succeed. A desire to improve and develop their skills.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word & Excel.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers and provide high levels of customer service at all times.
- Take equipment sales enquiries via telephone and/or email from internal (Sales team members) and external customers.
- Arrange the equipment as requested by customers.
- Check availability of equipment from within stockholding and/or supply chain.
- Check availability of transport to meet delivery and collection requirements as requested by customers and/or propose alternatives where necessary in a timely manner.
- Process on sale orders through the Company's computer system.
- Ensure that all project documentation is completed in a timely manner and up to date with a high level of attention to detail/accuracy at all times.
- Managing projects through the GE CRM system.
- Take ownership of and deal with/resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Pro-actively always promote the company.
- Communicate effectively with other colleagues to ensure high levels of customer service is always maintained.
- Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with the Company's Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures.
