Our client is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their team at this excellent high-end food Restaurant and Country Pub in Banbury.
With four strong and popular GastroPub/Restaurants in our clients portfolio this role offers excellent progression opportunities within the brand. You will be working in a top Fresh Food GastroPub with a food level that matches any 2 AA Rosette restaurant. Premium destination The Castle prides themselves on freshly prepared food, intuitive service and above all - welcoming hospitality
Your Time at Work
We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about great seasonal ingredients, bring energy, have stamina & inspiration. As a Junior Sous Chef you must communicate well with others, carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.
Our Perfect Worker
- 5+ yrs chef experience in a fresh food environment
- Have own transport due to location.
- Be a hardworking person with a can-do attitude
- Experience working in a busy restaurant (grill experience preferred)
- Have good communication skills
- Be guest focused and be passionate about food
- Be able to work daytime, evenings and weekends

- Up to 30,000 based on 45 hours per week. Overtime paid hourly

- Straight Shifts- Early & Late
