We are seeking an experienced Sous chef for our fantastic restaurant in the heart of Worcester city centre. You should have the beginnings of some excellent people management skills, which we can help you develop, creative talent and a passion and enthusiasm for foraging, home grown products and butchery from the ground up, as well as the experience and patience to teach these skills to the junior brigade members.
