Head of Business Development & Fundraising
Stoke on Trent
£53,000 per annum
We’re looking for a Head of Business Development and Fundraising to lead on the sustainability and growth of new and existing business/funding opportunities.
Job requirements:
Creating successful strategies and plans to reach new business opportunities to grow income streams in line with the Group’s business strategy
Delivering new business opportunities in line with agreed key performance indicators and financial targets
Sustaining current, and securing new, statutory, public sector and fundraising income, commercial income development and partnership opportunities
Identifying opportunities to grow our brands, services and wider commercial and/or primary purpose trading potential in line with the groups vision, mission and objectives
Lead on the design, modelling (including financial modelling), development and delivery of the brand specific growth and sustainability and fundraising strategies and plans
What we’re looking for:
Extensive experience in business development, fundraising and income generation within the charity / not for profit sector, able to evidence securing significant funds e.g. seven figure income generation annually
Experience of developing and successfully delivering organisational strategies and business plans
Strong interpersonal skills; a credible communicator, networker and influencer at a senior strategic level internally and externally
Demonstrable experience in managing, coaching, and developing people and working at all levels
