Who are we:

We provide speech and language support packages for schools. These help teachers work with children who may have problems with understanding the language used in the classroom or producing speech sounds. The support packages are accessed through a web portal.

The Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer role:

We need a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer who will be responsible for creating eye catching content across a variety of platforms, including 2D character animation, training and promotional material, website walkthroughs, footage editing, basic 2D special effects, audio editing and data visualisation.

The role requires someone who can create consistent messaging and branding across a variety of different mediums, ideally including print material. The role may occasionally include capturing footage on location.

Your day-to-day tasks:

+ Working with other teams to establish a script.
+ Creatively interpreting and storyboarding from scripts.
+ Concept development through to final production, including character development.
+ Maintain file and asset organisation.
+ Continuously discover and implement new editing and animation technologies and industry best practices to maximise efficiency.

About You:

You will have 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer, ideally with some time in a production environment.

Essential skills:

+ Adobe After Effects
+ Adobe Premiere Pro
+ Adobe Illustrator
+ Media Encoder Exports
+ Conceptualising & storyboarding experience
+ Ability to work on own initiative and proactively ask questions about a brief

Desired skills:

+ Adobe InDesign
+ Adobe Photoshop
+ Voiceover experience
