A leading international construction consultancy are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based out of Leixlip.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily focus on mechanical, process and electrical packages as well as sub-contract change management, payment valuations, and forecasting.
The successful candidate must demonstrate:
* The ability to optimize projects costs, implement value engineering, and ensure value for money whilst still achieving and delivering the highest standards and quality.
* Have an in-depth understanding of M&E system and strong ability to read drawings and schematics
* Have a degree or comparable experience in construction industry
Location: Leixlip
Salary: 75-95,000 Euros
