Our Client based in Greenogue, Dublin 24 are looking for a experienced Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Initially this role is a 12 month temporary contract with a view to permanency at the end of the assignment.
This role is a fast paced role dealing with queries coming in by phone and email. Excellent customer service skills are required.
In this role you will be responsible for building strong, proactive relationships with customers to engender growth opportunities and ensure customer retention. You will be tasked to review performance against agreed objectives and agree monthly tasks.
You will take every opportunity to develop sales from enquiries and sell the full breadth of products available and to notify relevant personnel of customer purchasing trends.
You will be required to record and follow up on quotations and sample requests using SAP and Salesforce. Although SAP experience is an advantage it is not a requirement but use of purchase and sales order systems would be very advantageous.
