You will be responsible for driving commercialization of new Honeywell software products using a software-as-a-service business model. This person will work with the Product Management team and coordinate with the software Engineering teams in addition to the Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations functions. This will require setting up and managing an end-to-end process for SaaS commercialization including IP development, SaaS offering development, pricing, packaging, and order management.Lead Product Manager responsibilities?? Develop common SaaS applications architecture and commercialization model for software products related to connected industries?? Create reusable cloud services frameworks for adoption of multiple SaaS applications?? Provide commercialization pathway for SaaS products including pricing and order management?? Manage global go-to-market for SaaS offerings covering transfer pricing, deployment and support models with HON affiliates across the world?? Support development of pricing strategy and policies to ensure cost efficiencies are maximized?? Establish and manage policy for discount requests through tiered pricing models?? Co-ordinate process or system changes that affect the business e.g. setup of customer onboarding, subscription billing, digital software service delivery etc.?? Ensure cloud offerings are highly available, redundant, fault tolerant, diverse, and affordable?? Develop SaaS sales tools and supporting collateral?? Enable global sales on new ways of selling SaaS products?? Actively facilitate and drive cloud technology decisions within the organization and drive a cloud first approachQualifications?? Hold a degree in a relevant subject?? Extensive experience in software commercialization in one or more aspects such as development, service management or customer success??
