Technical Support Assistant - Hospitality

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday – 3.5 hours per day

Working within the Hospitality department you will support the delivery of curriculum activities through providing technical assistance within the learning environment, performing routine and general maintenance duties in the kitchen and restaurant, preparing resources and materials, maintaining and ordering an adequate stock of consumables and supporting administrative processes.  

In addition, you will also provide support to ensure that the learning and teaching environment and related areas meet health and safety legislative requirements.

You will be educated to HNC/SVQ level 3 or have an equivalent relevant qualification with current practical experience within the hospitality area.  Experience of supporting curriculum delivery or a training environment would be desirable.
