We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and administrative skills as well as strong customer service skills to join our Admissions team.

You will be responsible for processing enquiries and applications for College courses, dealing with a variety of administrative tasks, corresponding with customers face to face, over the telephone and in writing, as well as providing applicants with information about the range of courses on offer and advising on the application process.

You should have a Level 2 qualification in text processing (or equivalent), be familiar with the Google suite of applications, and have experience of dealing with customers face-to-face and over the telephone. You will also be required to attend recruitment events. Working days will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
