The roles!
Seventeen Recruitment are on the search for Teaching Assistants who are looking for long-term or daily assignments across our schools in Hertfordshire.
The roles vary across a range of needs and can include working with groups of children outside of class or more tailored 1:1 positions for specific needs. This can include; Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, including ASD, ADHD, ADD, challenging behaviour or speech and language difficulties.
Roles are starting as early as next week and have potential to continue for the rest of the academic year. Most roles are full-time but some schools are looking for mornings only or supply dates to cover courses. You can expect to receive GBP70-GBP80.00 per day.
Who we are looking for...
We are looking for individuals with:
* Experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally in previous Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant roles
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Graduates who are keen to take their first steps in to Education
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Enthusiastic, energetic and friendly personalities
* Patience and adaptability to different environments
* Any qualifications or training courses related to Teaching Assistant work or SEND are encouraged to apply
