Sales Trainee Role:

• Gain a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with customers
• Undertake a series of company placements under various functions over the Sales Development Programme
• Undertake practical work in the various business placements within the parameters of capability and safety
• Complete and present defined and agreed projects for the placements
• Communicate effectively to improve quality and service and gain beneficial change through new ideas
• Conduct work and learning in accordance with the company values and foster really good working relationships with all staff and other stakeholders
• Attend meetings and coaching with your manager, mentor and other staff as necessary

Sales Trainee Requirements:

• Educated to degree level
• Some previous work experience (in any field)
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• IT literate
• Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
