Retentions Advisor

We are recruiting for an award-winning insurance company located in Preston Brook to work in their Sales and Service team as an Retentions Advisor. Your role will be to take inbound calls from customers looking to sign up to their Insurance or cancel their policy. You will be first point of contact for all enquiries whilst going above and beyond for each individual customer. You will be a brand ambassador for the organisation and standing by their values and 5* trust pilot status.

Duties for the Retentions Advisor:

• Handling customer inbound enquiries for insurance quotations
• Sending online enquiries to clients who have had a policy or quotation previously
• Producing sales quotations
• Bringing in new business and renewing existing client's policies

Skills requires for the Retentions Advisor:

• We want to hear from you if you have experience working in a target driven telephone-based Sales or Retention role as a Sales Executive, Retentions Advisor, Telesales or similar
• You will be able to delivery first class customer service
• Excellent punctuality and a strong work ethic
