Tate is currently recruiting for an accomplished Administrator with PA capabilities for a temporary remote working position
This is a varied position, providing PA and Administrative including
Comprehensive diary management
Meeting preparation, taking and distributing minutes
Supporting others to meet required deadlines
Ensuring accurate record keeping
Updating and creating departmental reports
Other administrative tasks as required.The successful candidate will have / be
Organising meetings, taking and distributing minutes
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Excellent IT abilitiesThis is a remote working, temporary position paying GBP11.56 per hour to start asap, all IT equipment will be provided.
