Tradeshow & Events Coordinator - Rugby - GBP25,000.
This company are massively expanding and going from strength to strength.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm NO WEEKENDS! The company offer fantastic training ongoing support and company benefits!
This position will assist with Tradeshow & Events reporting to the Customer Experience Manager. All aspects of coordinating and planning multiple tradeshows/events per year, assist with training seminars and/or other events as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Assist Customer Experience Manager with requested tasks including finalizing contracts
Complete any relevant forms needed for the show/event. (provided in the Exhibitors pack)
Co-ordinate/Assist on supplies for Sales and Marketing Team for each event
Assist with all company functions/events.
Maintain a log of in-house show inventory/supplies
Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
Assist on all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes. (if required)
Assess an event's overall success and submit findings.
Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
GCSE's (including Math's & English)
Team player and clear communication skills
Knowledge of hotel arrangements/reservations for shows/events
