Management Accountant - North Lincolnshire - GBP40,000 - GBP45,000, great benefits including remote working
Chase and Holland are delighted to be working with a market leading national business with their Group Head Office based on the outskirts of Gainsborough. The role we are recruiting for is a Management Accountant to join the team reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller. This is an important and career enhancing opportunity during an exciting time for our client, who is continuing to grow from strength to strength.
The Management Accountant role will involve:
Prepare monthly management accounts for 3 sites including KPI's and detailed variance reporting
Full P & L and Balance Sheet ownership, responsibility, and reconciliations
Budgets and quarterly forecasts
Fixed asset management
Cashflow forecasting and capex monitoring
Assist the Financial Controller in creating a new management reporting pack
Improvement to systems, processes and procedures
Liaise with Auditors and provide year-end audit information
Manage, review and mentor 2 assistant / traineesThe ideal candidate will be:
CIMA/ ACCA Qualified or Finalist with strong experience in technical similar role
Strong interpersonal ad influencing skills at all levels
or project management will be an advantage, as well as demonstrable analytical skills
Ability to make recommendations and drive improvements
