A Part 2 Architectural Assistant is required for one of Exeter's leading Architectural practices based in their modern office.
I am on the lookout for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join one of Exeter's largest independent practices. They have been practising in the South West for over 30 years and have built a solid reputation due to their ability to deliver innovative and award-winning projects. This practice has been established for over 30 years and employs over 20 architectural staff.
This RIBA and ARB Accredited Practice pride themselves in always putting their clients first; listening to their project ambitions and applying a thoughtful approach to the design in order to meet the aspirations of their clients.
They are currently working on some of the most exciting projects in the South West including a new hotel, school academy's, healthcare facilities, and masterplans!
The practice is moving to a new office that is set in 85 acres of park and woodland with recreational facilities, bars, and restaurants close by! Working with this vibrant and committed team of creative Architects is a great opportunity to grow within the practice.
As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, the RIBA practice will fully support you in securing your part 3 by providing a mentor and other factors. In addition to this, you will be given the opportunity to gain the knowledge of managing smaller-scale projects.
The Role: Part 2 Architectural Assistant
* Producing design and technical drawings
* Support the Directors within the practice
* Experience in using Revit & Adobe Suite
* Ideally have knowledge & experience in healthcare, residential and/or commercial projects
* Coordinating amongst different consultants (engineers, team members etc)
* Managing deadlines
* Completing planning applications and design layouts
The salary for this position ranges from GBP24K - GBP26K (DOE) along with support for your Part 3.
