Transport and Pallet Coordinator, Up to GBP25,000 + Blue Chip Benefits, Monday to Friday only, Lovely FMCG Company, Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, ASAP Start
Transport and Pallet Coordinator Overview:
The Transport & Pallet Coordinator will report to the Pallet/Transport team leader. The Transport & Pallet Coordinator position is based in the pallet management team which controls the management of the UK wooden pallet pool.
This role is both reactive and proactive and will integrates with all departments, drivers and all other UK sites dispatching stock direct to UK customers. This position will also include interaction with our clients third party customers and all of our wooden pallet suppliers.
Duties:
To collaborate closely with pallet suppliers, transport, factories and customers
Manage pallet ordering of all pallet types accordingly
Accurately process pallet documentation on internal pallet control system (SEEC)
Coordinate daily with warehouse and transport functions
Manage and arrange collections of pallets from customer sites
Investigate SEEC interface failures
