Job Title: Electronic Test Finder Engineer (Service Engineer)
Location: Burnley
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum (depending on experience and skillset)
Job type: Full time / Permanent Overview of company and job title: A great Electrical & Electronics Manufacturer based in Burnley who are leaders withing the Automotive Industry, are now actively seeking to hire for an Electronic Test Finder Engineer (Service Engineer) to join the business on a permanent basis due to huge significant growth.
Salary: The salary on offer for the Electronics Test Engineer is GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum, depending on skillset & experience.
Electronic Test Finder Engineer (Service Engineer)
Role & Responsibilities
Service Technician, Maintenance, Installation, Electronics
Surveying, testing and inspecting electrical installations
Carrying out portable appliance (PAT) testing
Identifying faults or inefficiencies
Fixing faults or arranging for them to be repaired
Gaining quotes for repair jobs
Completing testing reports and electrical certificates
Liaising with clients and colleagues.
Install, service and maintain electrical / electronic products on varying sites
Provide support to the sales team and be aware of cross selling opportunities
Skills & Abilities
Recognised qualification in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
Minimum of 2/3 years' experience of installation, servicing and maintenance of electrical / electronic equipment
Experience of lone working as sole engineer on site
