Operations Manager required to manage a multi-agency team of staff and develop and deliver high quality services aimed at preventing offending by youths. In particular, to have regard to the achievement of the Youth Offending Team key performance indicators and to contribute to the development of the Children's Services Plan and the Crime and Disorder Reduction strategies.
Operations Manager Principle Responsibilities:
To take the lead responsibility in specified area of service delivery
To provide supervision to YOT / Customer Support Team staff and support their work with youth's and their families. To have regard at all times to the effective management of risk.
To provide support to the Complex Safeguarding & Youth Justice Head of ServiceThis Operations Manager role primarily involves managing a team (EXIT Team) within the Complex Safeguarding Hub which has been developed and is delivered as part of the Bolton Safeguarding Children's Partnership, and is part of the multi-agency strategic response to tackling exploitation in the Borough. The aim is to reach, intervene and reduce the risks faced by children who are vulnerable to exploitation. As part of the Greater Manchester Partnership, the service aims to meet the collective definition and goals summarised in the GM mission statement.
