These posts represent an exciting opportunity for two Executive PAs to join the Resources & Reporting team in the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences. The department is responsible for providing a comprehensive executive support service to the Faculty Executive Team and supporting the effective management of faculty resources and reporting services.
The postholders will be responsible for providing a high-level confidential secretarial service for internal and external meetings, including the formulation of agendas, minute taking and accurate action lists. In addition, the postholder will support the Faculty Executive Team and Schools with the
appointment and contract variation processes, working closely with Human Resources and other Corporate Services as necessary.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a PA or administrative role, working independently with the ability to prioritise work and respond to queries. A high level of integrity and confidentiality is also required, along with the necessary IT skills, to include proficiency in using the full range of Microsoft packages.
