HR Advisor

An established HR team in Winchester, Hampshire is currently seeking an HR Advisor on a permanent basis to support the business in a generalist HR role.

Reporting to the HR Manager this role is a newly created position and is pivotal in the day to day running of the department.

What will the role involve?

• Advising and supporting managers on disciplinary, grievance and other statutory procedures;
• First point of contact with the Occupational Health Advisor, recording all matters and advising on long-term absences;
• Ensuring that all new employees are managed into the business in line with company procedures and issued with the relevant contract of employment and induction information;
• Working closely with the HR Manager on casework and ensuring best practice across the workforce.

Suitable Candidate:

• Qualified to CIPD qualification - Level 3;
• Previous experience in a HR generalist role.
