The Contracts Site Manager:
* Experience overseeing High-spec Window or Facade installations on Commercial projects - minimum 3 years
* Experience with RAMS, SPAs, 2 week look aheads, Snag lists and daily work to Direct and Subcontracted fitting crews
* Eye for detail and ability to foresee snags a must
* Strong communicator and able to manage key stakeholder relationships - reporting into divisional Operations Manager
* Ability to multi-task and proactive attitude
* Proven experience and track record of managing projects from inception to completion
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
