We have big goals over the next few years.

We’re going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before.

Together we’ll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

Will you join us?

We are embarking on our new, three-year Data, Insight, and CRM Strategy, to maximise our data as an asset, create an insight-driven culture and modernise our ways of working. As part of this, we are introducing new tools, technology, and processes to continually improve our data and CRM capabilities; and empower a digital-first approach.

As Data & CRM Services Manager you will lead a small team comprising of two Data and CRM Business Partners and a Data and CRM Services Officer and will be responsible for leading the management and maintenance of our suite of internal data driven processes, driving forward and facilitating the sign off of new processes that will enable Mind to be data driven and insight led.

If you have strong management experience, with a business partnering approach as well as experience in managing the day to day workload of a busy database team, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service to users and stakeholders then this is the role for you.

You will report to the Senior Data & CRM Operations Manager, and will work with colleagues within the team as well as end users to improve understanding of and adherence to agreed processes. You will also work with suppliers and external consultants; and play a pivotal role as part of the Data and CRM Management Team in championing and progressing the Data, Insight and CRM Strategy so we can collectively meet strategic goals.

Closing Date: 3rd November 2021
