Position: HR Recruitment Advisor
Locations: Liverpool
Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: GBP30,000p/a
My client is looking for a generalist HR Advisor with experience of recruitment, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced multi-skilled role, this is initially a 6-month contract which will be reviewed.
The candidate will initially be required to run an temporary labour recruitment desk on behalf of a construction business. This will require previous experience of running a fast-paced recruitment service including collating the various vacancy briefs, liaising with agencies to find and vet candidates, liaising with managers to provide updates, support candidate assessment and on-boarding etc. There will be a requirement to use an agency system, Engage, to ensure we are compliant with IR35.
Once the project to recruit a number of tradespeople has been completed, you will have the opportunity to move onto more generalist HR Advisor work. The work will involve working on a range of ER cases across the Group.
