My client based in Hadleigh, Suffolk are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to join their fantastic team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will come from a similar background within the manufacturing sector and have knowledge in the following and be confident in carrying out the below job spec:

?? To be responsible for all the administration on SAGE of the Machinery and Spares function ensuring that performance is in line with Company requirements and expectations.

?? Being the main person communicating with customers regarding enquiries and orders and update status as necessary, as well as communicating with and chasing suppliers regarding orders and enquiries.

?? Arranging customer dispatch documents for the department and liaise effectively with Logistics for booking transport from European suppliers

?? Maintain, improve and implement processes and procedures within the department.

?? To assist in compiling reports and statistics for the Machinery department functions by capturing data from SAGE and liaising with IT.

?? To maintain and develop good inter/intra department relations and communications particularly with Technical, Finance, and IT.

?? To arrange bi-annual machinery and spares stock check and record / update data in SAGE as necessary.

?? To assist with packing of bench top machinery as required by the business, especially as holiday cover.

?? To manage spare parts stock including picking and packing of spares and arrange dispatch to customer

?? To participate fully in quarterly reviews, team meetings taking responsibility for actions agreed.

?? To adhere to the Companys policies and procedures and ensure that you respect and adhere to these with regard to health and safety, minimisation of waste and care for the environment, equality of opportunity, elimination of discrimination and unfair treatment and prevention of fraud.

Hours & Days

Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 17:00pm

Salary

GBP20,000 to GBP22,000 depending on experience.
