The Role:

- Generate new business and account manage existing customers as needed

- Build a team around you ensuring processes are standardised and team is working to the same vision consistently

- Lead, motivate and drive the team forward to ensure the success of the branch

- Attend leadership meetings and suggest ideas to improve the business

- Implement continuous improvement methods to streamline processes

- Define the specialisms for the branch and the strategy to generate new business

The Person:

- Previous experience in recruitment essential with proven strong billing history

- Driven and tenacious attitude

- Competent in dealing with a heavy workload

- Confident in communicating and speaking to people on all levels

- Good commercial acumen
