We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Health Practitioner Assistant/Health Care Assistants to join our staff bank in our Community Services Division.
Work is currently available on an as and when required basis. We have available shifts 7 days per week, 24hrs a day, 365 days per year within a variety of services including Integrated Community Nursing / Community Matron Service / Integrated Community Reablement and Assessment Service (ICRAS) and our Walk-in Centres. We have roles/shifts to suit across the city, delivering care for patients on a neighbourhood footprint across Liverpool and South Sefton.
Applications are invited from caring and self motivated Health Care Assistants who can demonstrate compassion and empathy to our patients, who have excellent communication skills and can work well in a team.
You should have previous health and social care experience, be flexible in your approach to work and be eager to learn.
