Telesales Coordinator
An exciting new position has arisen for an experienced Telesales Coordinator to join our clients friendly and established team based in Calne. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work within a successful and expanding organisation, who pride themselves on staff training and progression.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a similar position, be confident in working with Excel and have experience dealing with a high volumes of calls.
Brief overview:
* Processing orders, arranging deliveries and inputting data onto the company system.
* Working towards gaining new accounts.
* Building customer relations.
* Promoting current products and introducing new lines to potentially increase sales.
* Dealing with customer issues and queries.
* Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
* General administration duties including filing and sorting mail.
Hrs- Mon-Fri / 9am- 5pm
