More about your role

Your primary duty will be to support the team of Property Managers in their roles, getting the best out of them, providing support and training to ensure customer satisfaction for our clients. As a Senior Property Manager you will provide guidance on our internal procedures and compliance, as well as legislation relating to landlords and tenancies. As a point of escalation for the team, you will naturally handle more complex issues to ensure a satisfactory and timely resolution . Reporting into one of our Operation Managers, you will drive forward the team ensuring KPI's and targets.

This role has been evaluated to suit a 'hybrid' working pattern for a trial period whereby there will be the opportunity to work for home for some days each week if preferred and travel to the properties will be required from time to time, so the successful candidate should have a full driving license and their own vehicle.
