At Karter Thomas we are now into our fourth year of operation and whereas a lot of recruitment businesses have struggled during the last year we have maintained a good period of stability but now it's time to kick on and restart the momentum we had before this pandemic started!!
We are currently recruiting for 2 Recruitment Consultant posts (or as we call them Recruitment Partners) to join the team and kick start our growth plans based in Leicester's vibrant St Martins Square surrounded by bars, restaurants, and caf??'s!

Established in 2017 We have over 40 years combined recruitment experience working within the social housing, accountancy, procurement and executive sectors, we have ambitious growth plans over the next several years including opening new offices and want the right people to come on this journey with us.

Who we are looking for?:
If you have a minimum of 1 - 2 years' Recruitment Consultancy experience working within professional services/public sector recruitment or sales and are willing to take on a new challenge, developing yourself at a fresh and dynamic recruitment consultancy we would like to hear from you. We would also consider candidates who have recently graduated and are looking for a career within recruitment or sales.
