Assistant Property Manager / Property Administrator stepping up - KENT - Up to 25k depending on experience
My client is a well-established, fully independent block management company overseeing a KENT / Medway Towns based property portfolio comprising mostly long retained RMC and RTM co Blocks and Estates.
With a quality, patient and entirely customer focused approached, both their staff load and portfolio have steadily grown over the years with little to no loss or turnover.
As a result of further growth, an additional Assistant Property Manager / Property Administrator stepping up is required for an office based role assisting with the oversight of a compact, well run and local KENT based portfolio assisting with the full range of property management duties from budget setting to insurance, major works, contractor management, site inspection, resident contact and AGM's
The suitable Assistant Property Manager / Property Administrator stepping up will come from a stable career background, enjoy independent practice, ideally live in Kent (or have easy access to most parts of the Medway towns via car) and have plans to obtain (if not already hold) IRPM qualification (which our client will support and fund).
The successful Assistant Property Manager / Property Administrator stepping up will work Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm from well-equipped modern offices with a genuinely friendly, supportive team vibe.
Assistant Property Manager / Property Administrator's looking to work outside of corporate structure whilst cutting out their commute to London would do particularly well in this role, likewise those ambitious Assistant Property Managers keen for recognition and progression over time.
Salary is candidate led but will likely fall in the GBP23-25k bracket to start depending on experience and qualification.
